CherryBoost monitors your the nutritional content of the food you eat, genereting statistics and predictions about your health and weight.

  • Monitor fats in your diet and check what is the proportion of cholesterol, saturated fats, and trans fats.
  • Monitor your intake of minerals and vitamins.
  • Monitor your intake of fiber and sodium.
  • Check what your personal 'food pyramid' looks like, ie. whether your diet is carbohydrates, fats, or protein-based.
  • Find out which nutrients are lacking in your diet and which you consume in excess amounts.
  • Check out daily, weekly and monthly statistics of your nutrients intake.
  • Monitor the intake of coffee and alcohol.

All recommendations are based on approved guidelines by USDA.
